 EUROCOMPULSION® is pleased to present the ultimate engine control unit (ECU) upgrade for the FIAT 124 SPIDER/ABARTH. The EURO+DRIVE® Tuning system is available in power-specific variations and is conveniently flashed to the vehicle’s factory ECU through the OBD-II port without any physical modification to the factory ECU. The EURO+DRIVE® functionality puts the control of the engine’s operation at your fingertips and allows for comprehensive tuning calibrations that do not only affect power output but drive-ability, throttle response, consistency and smooths overall power delivery.

The Euro+Drive Tuning System includes a map request of each Phase tune we offer with any of the tuning options applied. Simply meet the tune requirements to run the tune.

      NOTES:

      • Once your remapped ECU is installed, before turning the vehicle on for the first time, perform this procedure first:
      1. Turn ignition on for 10 seconds (no engine start)
      2. During this 10 second period, depress the gas pedal quickly 5 times.
      3. After the 10 second period is finished, turn ignition off for 10 seconds.
      4. Now you can start the engine for the first time.
      • This portion of the procedure completes the throttle self learn process, which needs to be performed anytime an ECU is re-flashed or swapped in the vehicle and is crucial to proper throttle position for correct engine operation and performance.
      • NEVER DISCONNECT THE UNIT WHILE READING/WRITING, NEVER RESET THE UNIT UNTIL DIRECTED TO DO SO. RECOVERY MODE AND UNLOCK FEES MAY RESULT.
      • Never hook the vehicle up to battery chargers or tenders during the read or writing procedure due to voltage fluctuations. This may cause errors during these processes.
      • EURO+DRIVE® Operation Times (2017+): Read (25 MIN.) Write (35MIN.

       

      The EURO+DRIVE handheld can easily be reset and memory erased so that you can transfer to another owner or another vehicle. However, failure to flash your ECU back to stock prior to selling your vehicle, selling your handheld, or bringing your car into the dealership for maintenance will lock your handheld and prevent a memory erase from being executed. In this case, you will be forced to send back your handheld and purchase a replacement handheld for $250, no exceptions.
