Using genuine OEM Fiat/Abarth based software, protocols and calibrations, we have increased drive-ability, power and throttle response. We are proud to have the ability to offer you the most comprehensive tuning option for your Abarth/500T. Each purchase includes a Genuine Abarth/500T Engine Control Unit (If Clone is selected) loaded with our calibration. Designed and developed for the North American Abarth and Fiat 500T.

    This applies to both Euro+Drive Clone and Direct tuning Options, you must ship your original factory ECU. Please ensure your factory ECU is packaged properly to prevent damage. For clone purchasers you will receive your factory ECU and your Clone unit upon return. Turn-around time is approx. 24hrs-72hrs. (The Epoxy requires 16hrs-24hrs to fully cure.)

    Made All the Work and Pain of Installing the Engine Upgrades Worthwhile!

    Long story short, I chose to have Eurocompulsion do a direct tune on a clone ECU for my 2015 500 Abarth A/T. I bought a cheap and exact same spec ECU for cloning purposes, and sent both my original and used ECUs to Toby so that he could do the magic. Got it back some days later, installed the cloned and tuned ECU in the car, and wow... I couldn't stop smiling.

    I chose the dual map option, non-sport as the 695tf and the sport mode as Phase 2 (I had all the required parts for that tune). The 695tf is already a massive step up from the original non-sport mode, with quicker response at low-rpm and overall more power available to use. Then, the sport mode... it is amazing! The burbles I added to the tune made it sound even better, but the responsiveness is greatly increased, and the power output is night and day compared to the original sport mode. Shifts make much more sense, and it feels like the mapping Eurocompulsion did really gets the most of out each gear. Downshifting is still fast and great-sounding, so it really is all good and no bad.

    It is up to you whether the direct tuning to your ECU or getting a clone ECU for tuning is better. For me, I wanted the peace of mind of having my original ECU untouched and as a backup, specially if I need to take the car to the service center. But, the savings might be more important to you without the clone ECU. Either way, the communication was fantastic, and I am beyond happy with the tune!
