Forge Motorsport Waste-gate actuator for the ABARTH, Fiat 500T, Fiat 500L, Fiat 124 Spider, and DODGE DART 1.4L fits directly to the turbocharger casting. Requiring no additional brackets.

This wastegate is a great upgrade over the stock wastegate and is highly recommended for those running a tune or turbo upgrades. Designed for adjustability, this is a plug-and-play part on the stock turbo and our 1446+ turbo upgrade. The ability to select a higher tension spring and manually set crack pressure allows for better peak boost precision and sustainability throughout the powerband, especially when combining with tuning. 

This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for at, or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stiffer spring upon request.

It is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine management system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket.

This unit comes with the yellow spring pre-installed. For further adjustments and tuning capabilities, we recommend getting the FORGE ACTUATOR SPRING KIT (comes automatically included with the 124 ABARTH/SPIDER)

  • Stock Tune (Green Spring/7-10psi CP)
  • Tuned (124 ABARTH/SPIDER Stock Turbo) (Purple Spring/11psi CP)
  • Tuned (All Other Models) (Yellow Spring/13psi CP)
  • Tuned Upgraded Turbo vehicles (Yellow Spring/13psi CP). You are free to use different springs and crack pressure settings depending on user's preference or setup.

1.4 Dart wastegate

Bought this for my 1.4 dart because I have a good bit of bolt ons and this is a big supporting mod, plus the oem one is from 2012/13 so old. So far the actuation is way better along with how well it holds boost and it doesn't fluctuate as bad. Will make further adjustments if needed.. P.S you may need to dremel/drill the holes for the studs to fit, i used my dremel with a small metal bit and shaved them very slightly, it took me less than 30 minutes to get it all on. Overall great investment thanks eurocompulsion!

Good quality part

Ordered this to replace my stick actuator and I must say I was rather pleased with the build quality. I stall was fairly easy but the studs are tight in the mounting holes so definitely ream them out a little lol.. I do feel the proce is a but much though but quality is good so atheist you feel your getting what you paid for.

Smooth, Easy Install, Great Customer Service

Boost is very smooth and controlled with the Forge WGA. Not so much odd spiking like factory wastegate, plus you can get the spring kit which means it will keep up as you build your car and make more power. Looks pretty too. Install is straight forwards, a little easier if you have a turbo blanket instead of the factory metal heat shield —another upgrade I recommend—, but even so it’s just a matter of a few bolts, some finagling, and the wastegate retaining clip is a little tricky the first time you take it off. Finally, customer service has always been great with these guys. They had a new guy shipping orders and he forgot the spring kit with my order, as soon as I let them know they had it ready and shipped out the next day, no hassle. Good stuff!

Feels better than oem feels like it should’ve been this way from the factory especially in a small displacement fast spooling engine definitely makes a difference in the characteristics of the turbo
